While the old challenges of providing canonical divine services to all remain, new challenges are emerging, such as accessing new sources of pay, down planning processes, preparing for rapid urbanization, improving the energy of infrastructure service providers, create stronger institutions to encourage private finance of infrastructure or direct private provision of infrastructure, and developing more tar lasted approaches to scantness alleviation. This report on Telecommunications Strategy - Current Status and incoming Paths is one of six volumes potful ing with Vietnams fundament Challenge. Other volumes deal with Infrastructure Cross Sectoral Issues, Urban Development, Transport, pissing Supply and Sanitation, and Electricity. The spiel for these reports was carried out between 2004 and 2006 by World Bank faculty and consultants.
